These terms govern the use of the website agrover.com.ar, owned by Agrover SRL, CUIT 20-95367990-7, with registered address in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the site
The site presents Agrover's activity as an exporter of feed ingredients and allows professional buyers to send quote requests. It is not an online shop: no purchase is made through the website.
2. Product information
Specifications shown on the site (protein, fat, fibre, moisture and others) are indicative typical values. Binding specifications, prices, quantities, Incoterms, payment terms and shipment dates are only those stated in each written quotation and sales contract.
3. Quote requests
Sending the form does not create a contract or an obligation to buy or sell. Quotations are subject to availability at origin and to the validity period stated in each offer. A sale is only concluded when both parties sign the corresponding contract.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to provide truthful information and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited communications, or to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, the Agrover name and logo, and the design of the site belong to Agrover SRL or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written authorisation.

1. Objeto del sitio
El sitio presenta la actividad de Agrover como exportador de insumos para nutrición animal y permite a compradores profesionales enviar solicitudes de cotización. No es una tienda online: no se realizan compras a través del sitio.

Las especificaciones publicadas (proteína, grasa, fibra, humedad y otras) son valores típicos orientativos. Las especificaciones, precios, cantidades, Incoterms, condiciones de pago y fechas de embarque vinculantes son únicamente las que constan en cada cotización escrita y contrato de venta.
3. Solicitudes de cotización
El envío del formulario no genera un contrato ni obligación de compra o venta. Las cotizaciones están sujetas a disponibilidad en origen y al plazo de validez indicado en cada oferta. La venta solo se perfecciona con la firma del contrato correspondiente por ambas partes.
4. Uso adecuado
Usted se compromete a brindar información veraz y a no usar el sitio con fines ilícitos, para enviar comunicaciones no solicitadas ni para intentar interferir con su funcionamiento o seguridad.
